As main contractor, our responsibilities extended across the full project lifecycle — from groundworks and infrastructure through to superstructure, fit-out, and external works. Close coordination with design teams, specialist subcontractors, and client representatives was critical in delivering the scheme on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standard expected.
