Currently under construction, this 25-unit residential development marks our latest project as both main contractor and sole developer. The scheme represents a significant investment in delivering high-quality homes designed to meet modern living standards while enhancing the local community.

Work commenced in Oct 2025, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. As sole developer, we have full responsibility for the scheme — from land acquisition and planning through to design management, construction delivery, and eventual handover to purchasers.
Our role as main contractor ensures seamless control over every stage of the build, with a clear focus on:
