Delivered through a design-and-build contract in partnership with joint developer First Step Homes, this complex residential scheme comprises 37 high-quality apartments constructed over a full basement structure.

As main contractor and co-developer, we were responsible for every stage of the project — from early design coordination and value engineering through to construction delivery and handover. The scheme demanded careful management of structural works, basement construction, and services integration, all while maintaining the architectural vision and meeting stringent programme requirements.
